John Deere RUBBER MOUNTED Baler Tine Teeth / Tyne with Screw, Washer and Nut to mount up to existing John Deere tooth bars -

Teeth per Baler: Varies per model, but anywhere from 36 to 48 teeth.

Tooth Material: .295” Round diameter High Tensile Strength Alloy Steel.

Tooth Spacing: 2.56” Center-to-Center Rubber Material: Custom formulated 75 Durometer Natural Rubber.

Advantages of using RUBEER Teeth -

● The Patent Pending design on the OZBT110 Gen. 2 has 34% more tooth area than the square-wire factory tooth, which makes the OZBT110 stronger and capable of picking up additional material with each revolution.

● High Tensile Alloy steel on the OZBT110 prevents premature yielding and bending during operation.

● The OZBT110 tooth is mechanically engaged to the baseplate, which eliminates the possibility of the tooth falling out of the rubber. Potentially reducing hardware disease found in many feedlots. See Picture 2 for clarification.

● The OZBT110 includes a Zinc plated A574 socket head cap screw, a hardened steel washer, and a Grade C lock nut to ensure a strong connection to the baler.

● Use this along with our Poly Pickup Band, OZFH311772 to get the best results overall.
